Shipping policy
At Saintly Roast Coffee, every order is roasted fresh to order — nothing sits on a warehouse shelf. This means you’ll always receive coffee at its peak flavor, but it also means shipping takes a little longer. Please review the following information so you know what to expect.
Order Processing
- All coffee is roasted after your order is placed.
- Roasting and processing takes 3–5 business days (longer during holidays or peak seasons).
- Orders cannot be modified once they are placed
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Saintly Roast Coffee only ships domestic orders (U.S. only)
- 1 bag (12 oz): Ships USPS First Class.
- 2–8 bags: Ships USPS Priority Mail.
- 9+ bags: Ships UPS Ground.
- Delivery time after shipping: 2–5 business days depending on location.
Delivery Expectations
- Total timeline from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days.
- Expedited shipping is not available — roasting and fulfillment times cannot be shortened.
- Shipping speed is based on the day your order is roasted, not the day you place the order.
Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
- Tracking may show “pre-shipment” if your package has been labeled but not yet picked up by the carrier.
Limitations & Liability
- Saintly Roast Coffee is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by USPS or UPS.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, including packages delivered to the wrong address as a result.
- Customers are fully responsible for entering a valid shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or additional costs.
Why This Matters
Fresh coffee takes time — every order is custom roasted for you, never sitting on a shelf. While this means delivery isn’t instant, it ensures your coffee arrives at its peak flavor. We believe it’s worth the wait!
