Can I return Coffee?

No — all coffee is roasted fresh to order, so returns and cancellations aren’t accepted.

What if I entered the wrong info (like grind or address)?

We can’t modify orders once placed. Please double-check details before checkout.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping?

Saintly Roast Coffee isn’t responsible once orders are handed to the carrier. You are encouraged to file a claim with the carrier directly.

What if you sent me the wrong item?

That’s on us — we’ll replace it at no cost.

How long do I have to notify you of an issue with my order?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll respond, usually, within 3 business days. You must provide the following information:

  • Order Number
  • A description of issue
  • Photos if applicable (e.g., incorrect item received)
When will I receive my coffee?

At Saintly Roast Coffee, every order is roasted fresh to order — nothing sits on a warehouse shelf. This means you’ll always receive coffee at its peak flavor, but it also means shipping takes a little longer. Total timeline from order to delivery is usually 5-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Tracking may show “pre-shipment” if your package has been labeled but not yet picked up by the carrier.



How much is shipping?

Our Fresh Roast Shipping is a flat rate of $3.99 per order. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
